Metropolaz network uses a strict email policy for counteracting spam. Due to the high volume of spam and counterfeit scammers, many email systems are using spam filters. Even sites like google, outlook and many more are ending up on these spam lists. There are a couple of ways to fix this.
1) Adding the domain name of the email server can help. For example, if an email comes from joe@example.com then you want to add joe@example.com to your contacts so you can receive all mail from the domain example.com.
2) Send a support ticket to administration. Simply click on the support tab on the account menu at the top of the page. Submit your error and an agent will help activate your account.
