The Metropolaz Music Charts age restriction policy requires a separate user account due to the graphic material of some artists. So let's get started creating your account.
On the home page in the MUSIC CHARTS menu there is a SIGN UP button at the TOP MENU BAR. Select sign up. A REGISTRATION page will appear. Unlike the master account, you only need a username in the top field. You can use your real name or a username as long as it is available.
The next field is for your NEW PASSWORD. Password requirements are as follows.
Minimum Requirements — Characters: 9, Numbers: 1, Symbols: 1, Upper Case: 1, Lower Case: 1
Once you have created a secure password, next you want to CHOOSE ACCOUNT TYPE. This is important.
If you are just a music fan SELECT FAN PROFILE.
If you are a music artist, SELECT ARTIST PROFILE.
If you are a dance performer SELECT DANCER PROFILE.
And finally if you love all styles of music SELECT MUSIC LOVER PROFILE.
Next you must prove you are a real person and check the HUMAN CHECK box.
Next you must check the TERMS AND CONDITIONS box. Registration will fail if you don't check these boxes.
Social Login not enabled so skip it.
Lastingly select the CREATE ACCOUNT button
After registration you must go to the email you used to create the account and click the verify email link.
NOTICE: Metropolaz uses a strict email policy and will reject some emails do to the server they are using was reported using spam. If this happens simply contact support. The information can be found in the trouble shooting section of this forum.
