    Located on Route 66 in the historic downtown train station, the Flagstaff Visitor Center is your resource for personalized travel information, free guides, maps and brochures. The gift shop features a wide selection of Flagstaff and train-themed souvenirs and clothing, books, maps, Route 66 memorabilia locally-crafted items and “made in the USA” gifts. Bring your pennies for the souvenir penny smasher and carry memories of Flagstaff in your pocket. Open Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Flagstaff Extreme

Hours of tree-to-tree adventure filled with obstacles, action elements, and ziplines all on our Adventure Course! Course completion time varies depending on guest volume and how many breaks you take throughout the course. There’s no time limit on the course as long as it’s completed before sunset! Snowbowl Ski Resort

Founded in 1938 and known for offering the largest beginner terrain in the Southwest, Arizona Snowbowl is one of the oldest continually operating ski areas in the country. Located 14 miles north of Flagstaff, Arizona, on the San Francisco Peaks and on the highest mountain in Arizona (Humphreys Peak at 12,367 feet), Arizona Snowbowl offers 55 trails, 2,300 lift-served vertical feet and over 3,000 hike-to vertical feet on 777 acres with eight lifts, four terrain parks and three mountain lodges.
